Yin is a gentle form of yoga designed to increase flexibility and mobility by working connective tissues and fascia. Poses are done seated or lying down and are generally held for 3 – 5 minutes. If you are craving calmness, then this is the class for you! We conclude with a brief period of meditation before savasana. CLASS SIZE IN PERSON IS LIMITED TO 8.

Janice Olson, owner of Luna Yoga, provides yoga instruction for all ages but specializes in yoga for the “young at heart.”  Her style of teaching makes everyone feel comfortable with the body they have and helps students work around any physical limitations. Everyone can do some form of yoga so if you are new to yoga or if you are a seasoned practitioner or somewhere in between, you will be welcomed and treated with kindness and respect.  The perfect body for yoga is one you are in.
