Cailin always felt a connection with her philosophy of natural healing.   After graduating with a bachelor's degree in Sports Medicine, she began her massage training at the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy.

She gained experience in several locations, including a massage therapy office, day spa, and opened a private practice in 2003 in Hartford.  In June 2007, she moved the practice to West Hartford where she continued to grow for 12 years. In April 2019, the practice expanded to include additional wellness services and is now located in Newington, CT.

Michael DeRocher, LMT

Michael is a CT licensed Massage Therapist with over 10 years of experience. Using a combination of deep tissue, Swedish, and stretching techniques, he is able to customize the ideal session for each client. His professional, therapeutic touch helps decrease pain, increase range of motion, release knots/trigger points, and melt stress away.
Having previously worked in a chiropractor's office,
massage therapy practices, and spa settings,
Michael truly brings a holistic approach to his massage work.

Bobbie Markland, LMT

Bobbie is a graduate of the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy and has worked in the massage therapy field since 2014. Her client focused approach to bodywork allows her to reduce stress, decrease pain, and encourage overall wellness. Her modalities also include Pre-natal massage to support expecting mothers on their journey to motherhood.

Corii Torres Delgado, LMT

Corii Torres-Delgado is a graduate of the Cortiva Institute in Cromwell, CT.  Her therapeutic techniques includes Swedish, Deep Tissue and Hot Stone massage.  Clients will experience deep, physical relaxation and emotional restoration with Corii's sessions.  She brings an outstanding customer rapport and looks forward to building professional relationships with her new clients.

Kat Supernaugh, Licensed Esthetician

Kat is a freelance makeup artist that recently trained with the Cortiva Institute to add licensed esthetician to her resume. She describes herself as a detail focused cosmetologist/esthetician who is skilled in providing a luxurious experience. She is passionate about the beauty industry and thrilled to be a part of of the Balance Massage & Wellness Center team.

Jennifer Tirillo, Operations Manager

Jenn joined the team in November 2022 to assist with day to day administrative tasks. Although she is not a stranger to the practice as an independent resident practitioner and owner of Concentric Care & Wellness, Jenn supports Cailin in the realm of content creation and social media , answering phones and emails, scheduling, and other business-related responsibilities.
