Is your yoga and meditation practice a little rusty? Have you spent the winter watching Netflix thinking you SHOULD be doing yoga? NOW is the time to ease back into a yoga flow and meditation practice. This four-part series will get you back in touch with your yoga mat and meditation cushion.
Class size is intentionally small so you can receive hands-on alignment and modifications to make the practice work for your body. Over the four weeks, you will gradually build flexibility, strength, and mobility while also cultivating a meditation practice that works for you. Each session will provide you with additional resources for building your at-home practice. All levels, from beginner to advanced, are welcome.
