Transition through a sequence of postures while generating subtle, internal heat in this vinyasa-based class. Vinyasa, or "flow" yoga is synonymous with movement and connects one shape to the next using the breath. Each class is uniquely crafted, emphasizing exploration and embodiment while building flexibility, joint mobility, and strength.
Jenn is a licensed athletic trainer (ATC), 200 hr. Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, and Functional Movement Specialist with over 18 years of clinical experience-particularly with physically active humans. My passion is offering yoga opportunities to beginners and those who appreciate an alignment-based practice with a side of humor!
