Get your GLOW on in this blended style offering. Start with a 25 minute, flowing vinyasa class intended to generate energizing warmth in the body. Then let's SLOW things down for the remaining 25 minutes with deep, yummy stretches designed for flexibility and finding ease. There are blocks and yoga straps available to use but students are welcome to bring their own if they so choose.
