Join us for an afternoon of deep introspection, connection, and personal growth through the practice of Enlightenment Dyads. This four-hour event is designed to guide participants through a series of dyad cycles—contemplative dialogues between two people—focused on exploring questions such as “Who are you?”, “What is life?”, and “What is love?”. The dyad technique, originally modeled after Zen practices, is a powerful tool for self-discovery and clearing mental and emotional blocks.
You’ll partner with others in a safe, non-judgmental space, alternating between active contemplation and attentive listening. Through this dynamic interaction, participants will deepen their self-awareness, improve their communication skills, and open up to profound insights about themselves and others.
No previous experience is necessary, just an open mind and a willingness to explore. We encourage newcomers to start with the question, “Tell me who you are.”
What to expect:
• Eight dyad cycles, each lasting 5 minutes.
• Guidance on how to contemplate and communicate within the dyad format.
• Opportunities to clear emotional and mental blocks.
• Time for reflection and integration between cycles.
Take this opportunity to engage in a transformative experience that will leave you feeling more centered, open, and connected. Spaces are limited, so reserve your spot today!
